All Bidders agree that the terms listed below shall govern the online auction sale. All bidders participating in this auction agree that they have read and fully understand these terms and agree to be bound thereby. All bidders are required to electronically register for bidding on this site. All registration information the Bidder provides to American Auctioneering shall be current, complete and accurate. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older. When Bidder places a bid on an auction being operated by AMERICAN AUCTIONEERING; Bidder is entering into a contractual agreement with the Owner/Seller. Therefore, unless Bidder intends on being legally obligated to purchase the item(s) on which Bidder places a bid, Bidder should not place the bid. If Bidder does place a bid and fails to comply with the contractual agreement, Bidder agrees to be subject to the laws of the State of California, County of Sonoma. American Auctioneering shall charge and collect from each successful bidder a 0% buyer's premium for each sale at the auction, in addition to the purchase price as bid. Collection of applicable taxes will be in accordance with the laws of the state where the auction is held. *DMV will collect all sales tax involving any vehicles.*Full payment of the purchase price is due no later than 12pm, Wednesday, FEBRUARY 1ST, 2012. American Auctioneering accepts the following methods of payment: cash, cashier's check. American Auctioneering also will accept a company checks if it is accompanied by a letter from the company's bank guaranteeing payment in full, without condition and upon demand. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS. NEITHER SELLER NOR AMERICAN AUCTIONEERING MAKES ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE NATURE, QUALITY, VALUE OR CONDITION OF ANY ASSET.
